When will my order be processed?
We process orders daily. If you place your order before 3:00PM EST, your order will ship same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Orders placed after 3:00PM EST will be processed the following day.
Which holidays do you observe?
Our business will be closed on the following days:

Friday after Thanksgiving
Order placed on these days will be processed the following day and please allow 1-2 business days to process during the holidays.
Where can I track my order? How do I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your shipment’s tracking number. Our shipping partner is USPS.com.
I need to change or cancel my order, what do I do?
As long as the order has not been processed, we are able to cancel your order. However, if the order has been processed, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
How long will it take for me to get a refund to my credit card?
Once the product has been received and inspected, your credit will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
How long does it take to arrived?
Allow 4-7 business days for domestic shipments and 7-14 days for international shipments. It may be delay due to bad weather or holidays depends on locations. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Do you pay for custom fees for international orders?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible nor are we able to determine the custom fees pertaining to each order. The custom fee may be charged upon delivery, on top of the normal shipping and handling charges.
Do you ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses?
We ship to all APO, FPO and DPO addresses via USPS. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses (domestic or international) or APOx via UPS.
